Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within the timeframes listed on each product page.

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Made-to-order items require additional production time. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific timelines.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with estimated shipping details.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you prefer to waive this option, please contact us after placing your order.

Expedited shipping options (such as USPS Express) are available upon request for an additional cost.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postage. We recommend placing a single combined order when possible, as multiple orders may ship separately and incur additional shipping charges.

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive safely.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing, which are outside of our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, and approved before sending the item back.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for approved returns.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Certain items (such as intimate or hygiene-related products)


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus any applicable fees). If the item is returned in a condition different from what was sent, a partial refund may be applied.

Sales & Promotions

Promotions and discounts apply to product prices only and do not include shipping, handling, or taxes.
