Product description
Do you already have the perfect fabric picked out and just need someone to sew it all together? We can create a beautiful custom curtain valance from your own fabric. Simply ship your fabric to us, and we will professionally craft your valance with care and precision.
All notions are included in the price—you provide the fabric, and we take care of the rest.
Our Linden Studio sewing workshop is located in the USA, and our experienced team specializes in high-quality custom curtains and drapery for projects of all sizes.

Please note: Additional 25% fee applies for velvet, velour, or very thick fabrics. Old or used fabrics may require additional handling fees.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1. Measure for your valance
- Width: Measure your curtain rod. The listed width reflects the finished gathered size. Example: a 60" rod requires a 60" valance option (approx. 120" flat fabric gathered).
- Length: Measure from the top of the rod to your desired endpoint and add 2 inches for the header.
Step 2. Choose your fabric
Fabric requirements (approximate):
- (Rod width × 2) + 5 inches = Fabric width
- Valance length + 10 inches = Fabric length
If your fabric has a pattern repeat, measure the repeat length, multiply by 2, and add it to the total fabric length.
If your fabric width is not sufficient, we can join multiple panels to achieve the desired width.

Important: Natural fabrics like linen or cotton may shrink after washing. We recommend pre-washing your fabric before sending it.
Step 3. Place your order
Select the closest size option and include your exact measurements in the order notes. We will customize accordingly.
Step 4. Ship your fabric
After purchase, you will receive our workshop address and shipping instructions within a few hours. Please send your fabric with signature confirmation.
Any remaining fabric will be returned with your finished product.
HOW TO MEASURE
We recommend doubling the rod width for a full, gathered look. Always include header allowance when measuring length.

This is a custom-made item and is non-returnable unless there is an error on our part.
We are not responsible for fabrics lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance covers the finished product only. Additional insurance for your fabric can be arranged upon request.
