Do you already have the perfect fabric picked out and need someone to sew it into a fitted sheet? Send us your fabric and we will professionally sew it into a custom fitted sheet tailored to your bed size.
Our Workshop
Linden Studio sewing workshop is located in Maryland, USA. Our experienced team specializes in custom bedding and has years of expertise creating high-quality, handmade textile pieces for homes of all sizes and styles.
How It Works
- Choose your preferred fitted sheet size and pocket depth.
- Send us a message with your fabric width and desired sheet size so we can confirm fabric requirements.
- Ship your fabric to our workshop after receiving detailed shipping instructions.
- We sew your fitted sheet and return the finished product along with any remaining fabric.
Fabric Guidance
You may source your own fabric or explore a wide range of options at Spoonflower fabrics. We can also place Spoonflower orders for you with a 10% discount.
We recommend pre-washing natural fabrics such as linen or cotton to account for potential shrinkage. If needed, we can assist with shrinkage calculations for an additional fee.
Fitted Sheet Details
- Elastic all around for a secure fit
- Two pocket depth options: 10" and 15"
- Custom sizing available upon request
Pocket depth guidance: Measure your mattress height and add at least 2 inches for proper fit. For deeper mattresses, we recommend the 15" pocket option.

Production Time
Production time is approximately 3–4 weeks. Rush service is available upon request.

All custom-made items are final sale and non-returnable unless there is an error on our part. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
